17years.

Yesterday was my 17 birthday, I got some really amazing gifts, a star of david necklace from Jerusalem, to remind me that my God is alive and He isn't still on that cross! I got a really cute purse and vera bradley wallet, itunes gift cards and some other things. It was a really great day, and what made it even better, is at the end of the day I got a skype call from Frantz,Cilem, and Evens in Haiti at the EBAC orphanage and they sang happy birthday to me. I cried, I was so excited. Haiti is where my heart is, and being able to talk to those guys was one of the coolest things ever. I didn't know if I was actually ever going to get to see them again, let alone talk to them while I am still in America! Talking to them makes me miss Haiti so much, I was finally settling down from this last trip, and now I am so on fire, I would love to go tap into my college fund and fly to Haiti tomorrow-which happens to be a Thursday...which means MFI is flying into Haiti tomorrow-but I know that God has plans for me here. He wants me to keep working so I can pay for my college, to be trained so I can go and spread the Gospel to a lost and dying world.

On my birthdays I love looking back at all of the different things God has done in my life. 17 years isn't a very long time to be alive, but looking back at the things God has done for me, I just can't believe it. I take God for granted sometimes, and I forget all of the things He has done for me and I forget how TRULY AWESOME my God is. At church we have been studying how to witness to people, and getting out and spreading the word, I have tried to talk to people about the Gospel and I always get rejected, I just don't understand how they can reject such an amazing God! He is going to save them from hell for goodness sakes, it absolutely breaks my heart. I try not to shove the Gospel down their throats but I would really like to! They have no idea what they are missing!

God has done so much in my life, at 17 years old I am done with high school. Been accepted to YWAM where I will study the Bible so that I am better equipped to spread the Gosepl, and God has already told me that I am supposed to be a missionary! How cool is that? That's only the most recent things He has done for me! God rocks, and I just wanted to give everyone an update and dedicate this blog to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and when you get done reading this, just thank Him for all that He has done for you, because I know that He has done something amazing in all of us. And if you can't think of anything Praise Him for your salvation and your life, figure out what it is you CAN do for Him!
