I'm FINALLY sitting in the motel in Ft. Peirce Florida!! It's beautiful, according to my home page it's 44 degrees in IN and it's like 75 here:) I got up at 4am this morning, Stan met us at our house and we were off to the airport, we got there about 5:45ish and checked in,ate breakfast and met up with Dave,Kasey and Julie. Dave thought he was being funny and said how funny it would be if one of us had forgot our passports...mom froze in her seat and it was then that we realized, we really had forgotten our passports! So that made the morning pretty fun. My dad took off to home, but unfortunately didn't make it back in time, Dave and I prayed for a delay, but unfortunately we must not have clarified it because once we were boarded and headed out to the runway the pilot told us over the intercom that we had a 30 minute delay!!! We thought all hope was lost, and we were probably going to have to wait until Thursday to fly into Haiti because we didn't have the passports mom got a brilliant idea! She remembered that Pam Todd was flying into West Palm Beach from Indianapolis in just a few hours, luckily we got ahold of her and she at the West Palm airport now waiting for Cindy her sister. God works in amazing ways! I'm so thankful! I saw MFI's new hangar and warehouse today! It's really nice, I'm super excited for them. We are bringing in a bunch of Haiti bags on the plane with us since our container is stuck in the Bahamas. I know God will work that out though. Our flights from Indanapolis to Atlanta and then from Atlanta to West Palm Beach had alot of turbulance. I was pretty much freaking out. Everytime it would shake I would ask what was happening, I think I got on some peoples nerves:) I could keep typing, but I'm wearing down pretty fast...we fly out of Fl. at 7am and land in the Bahamas to refuel then take off to Haiti. Which means I have to be up at 4am AGAIN! ahhh! Maybe we will get some rest in Haiti, ahha NOT! Well, that's all for now!
One more thing, I'm so thankful, God has given me such a peace about this trip, for awhile I thought maybe I wasn't a normal human being because I wasn't nervous at all! About the time we started boarding our first plane this morning is when the nervousness hit me...and then went away until I saw the MFI plane that we are flying in on tomorrow, and whoever said it's a tin can with wings wasn't lying. But I keep reminding myself, God is in total control, He can make anything happen, He has being flying people in and out of Haiti on that very plane for 50 years now and I know that it's going to be great:)
Veiw from the plane,B-E-A-UTIFUL:)

This is one of the MFI planes, but I''m not sure it's the one we are flying on...
Close up!
